Patches : Airborne and Honor Guard
The specification of the Tropical Combat Coat was amended in January 1965. The new design concealed the summarys of all four cargo pockets behind flaps, which successfully alleviated the snagging problem that affected the original model. The spacing of the jungle jacket’s front summarys was also changed, with the 2nd pattern having only four summarys (excluding the collar summary), compared to the original’s five.1
