Vintage Tropical Combat Jacket 5th Pattern ERDL 1969 Vietnam War Size Medium Short.
The 5th pattern Tropical Combat Coat, which did away with the sleeve gussets that had been common to all prior versions, was made from rip-stop cotton poplin and was produced in both OG-107 and ERDL camouflage. Like the 4th pattern jungle jacket it had only one pen pocket, which was located behind the left chest cargo pocket.
